Before encouraging further dialogue (possibly with other Rotary groups in Spain - see below) we need to be sure we are targeting the right Rotary Club.
A map of Andalucia suggests that the immediate Cadiz area is actually in the heart of a
fertile alluvial area. We will also need to 'leap frog' the fairly significant 4 lane dual carriageway that is the artery linking all the Costas with Gibraltar, as it hugs the coast for mile after mile.
This may affect who we should target? eg the 'Spaghetti Western' film (desert) area is just north of Almeria to the eastern end of Andalucia, and if this is our search area, we'll need to ask what cover Rotary has in that area.
